WHAT is the Converge-Hub ('e-community') idea, all about?

(This piece is slightly political. You don't have to agree, but hopefully, you will get the point.)

When I was young, I was very passionate about a lot of things. I thought I could save the world, I think we were all like that once,

Then one day real life and reality came knocking and they showered me with a consistent and unbroken run of Murphey's general laws. We've all been there. When it all just seems like a never ending pile of all kinds of 'L's and socioeconomic 'shit' and negative circumstances. Life showed a young me that the world isn't just about truth or passion or energy. It's  captured by some  very bad very evil people, who like to lie and who are very well organised.

We live in a very divided world. (Too many fractious '-isms' born of societal manipulation and an overall lack of knowledge. For humanity to survive, we will have to work more based on what basic things we can agree upon.

Battered and bruised and jaded and much, much older, I realised that changing the world it's a bigger battle than a one man job. I realised that I couldn't do it without a lot of personal growth and self introspection and  that I need your help.

Simply put, 'ebuilder' is a concept based around a mission and calling of productive citizen engagement.

(Think 'Ti*kTok if Jesus' was a subscriber, meets G*fundme; meets aspiring social activism platform. (Sorry there's no p*rnography on here, no promotion of violent criminality, nor any unnecessary disrespect towards other users, allowed on the platform. Fear not. It's about manners and decency more than religion.))

Ordinary people, uploading IMAGES and VIDEO STREAMS of problems areas that they think need improvement and/ OR positing about positive events/ innovations/ and achievements. Examples within their communities that others might enjoy and asking for the community to rally round to see what remedies can be effected.  Or how we can help the positive experiences grow.

'ebuilder' was born of the fact that thanks to technology, we are all interconnected.

'ebuilder' is a concept that hopes to do something to ensure our future. With a focus on service, functionality, best practices and competence.

With objective and subjective views, news stories and respectful debates and opinions about life and everything in between; thrown in for good measure.

We all want the best for ourselves, yet far too many people often look at the issues facing society and feel powerless. Entrenched views and polarised positions may feel like the right thing. Yet deep down, we know that intransigence and an inability to compromise lead us to nowhere.

We call this the information age. It's like we moved from a state of possibilities, to a loss of faith in once traditional figureheads and institutions. To where we are ALL expecting some type of inevitable chaos or the end of the world. Society feels as if stubborn wilful ignorance has outpaced the love of discovery and curiosity and knowledge. As if shallowness and superficial things matter more than substance.

We cant substance abuse or escapism our way out of this one.

Sadly we can't ALWAYS expect to rely upon the governments we elect, to guarantee us any kind of quality of life.

Controlled opposition, MSM that propagandizes and brainwashes rather than informs, entertainers that feed on little children. The lies, the gimmicks. Political abuses, the growing levels of UNIPARTY corruption born of a sense of arrogance that  'they have no choice but to vote for us',  entitlement. A hierarchy built around elitist 'pay to play' agendas and 'US vs THEM' proxy wars and manipulations .

I cant say when I personally began to notice the bad taking over.

Possibly during COVID or before. Certainly with all the wars and lies that have been going on. An entrenching of angry positions, the embracing of fear and cynicism, that widening gap between the HAVES and HAVE NOTs.  if you were not part of one siloed clique or another it was a good enough cause the limitation of ones opportunities.

Something is wrong and it needs correcting. Perspectives, perceptions. It can often feel like there's no one really steering the ship in any good direction. A sense that only greedy, parasitic 'uber elites' or knife wielding criminals in run down areas are in charge.

Neglect, social division and corporate lip service regards the MSM and CSR are all that exists.

However that is not the only path.  All the negative experiences and beliefs held are far from the only choices that we have.

The Social Contract doesn't rest on some Hobbesian inevitability that life is "nasty, brutish and short."

I love the Marvel and DC franchises, but I quickly realised a long time ago, there are no superheroes. There's - Only us.

We have both the right and the responsibility to create and build better alternatives.

To pitch in and help build a better world and better community from the ground up
